Things like Serration, Hornet Strike, Pressure Point, Vitality and what not tend to be drops on basic enemies so it's just a matter of killing enough of them. Interceptions is a good place too, you may get some rare drops from the mobs, because there are many of them on interceptions.

The Codex's 'universe' tab has an archive of where mods drop that's pretty useful. Try some high level excavations, that one on Pluto (Hieracon) is a good way to farm some mods, and cryotic.
